😍 ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a 3 month contract role, with potential to extend or convert to full-time based on mutual agreement and business needs.
You will be working onsite at our NYC Headquarters on a hybrid schedule.
We are looking for an experienced, hard-working, and exceptional recruiter who has shown a proven ability to source and recruit the best sales and marketing talent that tech offers.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our Co-Founders and our VP of Sales to identify and recruit the best people to our team.
You will manage all parts of the recruiting cycle for our sales/GTM roles, from, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating subsequent interview panels, and negotiating offers.
🧠 WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?
Owning the hiring process from sourcing to closing on a variety of GTM roles, primarily sales.
Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, adapting to changing needs of the business as necessary
Proactively sourcing potential candidates via various hiring platforms and crafting personalized, targeted outreach
Conducting talent research - market mapping, compensation data, candidate trends etc.
Acting as a brand ambassador for LiveFlow - ensuring a stellar candidate experience from your first interaction

The annualized salary for this role is $110,000 - $125,000, which will be prorated for the length of the contract. This range is subject to change, and the final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, work experience, and business needs.
