Role – AI Prompt Engineer (Creative with IT background).

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer, preferably with Computer Science Engineer (specialised in AI) to collaborate with the Creative and marketing team in developing AI generated contents (stills and videos).

Key Responsibilities:

Creative:

• Develop prompts to transform the creative brief into AI generated assets (stills & videos).
• Fine-tune AI outputs to meet brand tone and platform requirements.

Workflow:

• Improve efficiency and consistency in asset production.
• Explore emerging AI tools and stay updated with advanced AI tools.
• Improve workflow – integrating AI tools to eliminate repetitive tasks in daily operation in the creative process.
• Build a prompt library and educate the team.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work backend (coding)
• Ability understand requirements and translate them into technical instructions.
• Close attention to detail.
• An experimental mindset to focus on continuous improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the creative industry (advertising agency, with any fashion, retail & luxury brands)
• Knowledge of Image editing and video editing tools.
