Prompt Engineer - Join us for an exciting, meaningful, and dynamic role at the intersection of AI, business, and technology.

You will

• Translate business needs into AI-driven processes and effective prompts

• Develop, test, optimize, and continuously improve prompts for GenAI models

• Collaborate with Data, Development, and Business teams

• Analyze data structures and information sources to maximize AI model efficiency

• Define use cases and testing scenarios

• Improve AI model performance and output quality

• Document methodologies and workflows for working with LLMs and AI systems

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization) or advanced Information Systems studies from a recognized institution

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Experience in System Analysis or technology solution design

• Hands-on experience with AI / GenAI systems or prompt engineering

• Understanding of data structures, APIs, and information sources

• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
