Project
- Driving a CoPilot initiative, they want to put in place in their contact center teams
- This will have a high level of impact
- The initiative HenHub (?) – the structure here will be used to deploy enterprise wise
- Low level RAG system that will be built out
- Will be a neat and consolidated format
- CoPilot SME - Must have a CoPilot expertise – structured within CoPilot
- AI prompt engineering
- Connect with the groups to build it out
- Lead the project and drive the date
- Need to understand the terminology, what the system needs, what the master prompts will need to be built out, etc.
- Must have strong communication skills and project management skills
- Must have great time management skills, need to be able to manage their time and the groups time
- 3 Key Elements: Co-Pilot, Teams, and Excel
- Would like them to come from a FinTech background so they understand the terminology, but not required especially if they have the Co-Pilot SME background would consider
- Will be a lot of rinse and repeat (they will be reusing the same meeting agenda, master prompts, etc. from group to group)
- Going vertical to vertical
- Go through what is needed for the data sets, files
- Structure it out
- Testing
