Their expertise spans content creation, creator management, and performance-driven growth campaigns, positioning them as a leader in scaling digital audiences and monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore Studio features, parameters, and workflows to identify high-performing AI-generated content
• Develop and test prompt strategies across images, video, and emerging formats
• Combine generation modes, editing tools, and style controls to produce optimized outputs
• Evaluate outputs based on engagement, shareability, and audience growth potential
• Build modular and reusable prompt templates for scalable content creation
• Design prompt systems that can be productized within structured tools
• Document and categorize prompt strategies by use case and performance level
• Monitor social media trends and convert insights into actionable prompt strategies
• Conduct A/B testing and refine prompts based on real-world performance data

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong social media fluency with deep understanding of engagement, shareability, and audience growth
• Ability to predict content performance across major platforms
• Creative and experimental mindset with strong curiosity for testing variables
• Systematic thinking with ability to build repeatable frameworks from discoveries
• Experience with AI-generated content tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, or similar
• Strong written communication skills for clear documentation of prompt strategies
• Analytical ability to design tests, track results, and draw data-driven conclusions
• Programming or scripting experience is an advantage
• Background in content creation or social media management is an advantage
