Responsibilities:

• Technical Skills: 5+ years experience in prompt engineering, NLP, ML product development, or related roles.
• Strong practical experience with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama-family) and prompt design.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with model inference frameworks (Transformers, LangChain, or similar).
• Experience with evaluation frameworks, A/B testing, and metrics for language models.
• Familiarity with data labeling, annotation workflows, and prompt-based data augmentation.
• Solid understanding of ML safety, bias mitigation, and content policy considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
