Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer to create high-quality, cinematic images and

videos using advanced AI tools. The ideal candidate will combine strong AI prompting expertise

with a solid understanding of filmmaking principles, ensuring visual consistency, continuity,

accurate storytelling, and strong character performance across scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize prompts for AI tools (Seedance, Kling, Runway, etc.)

• Translate scripts into shot-by-shot prompts

• Maintain continuity across scenes (lighting, character, camera)

• Ensure storyline accuracy and logical progression

• Generate outputs with strong expressions and believable acting performance

• Iterate and refine outputs for cinematic quality

• Manage multi-scene workflows

• Collaborate with creative teams

Required Skills

AI Prompting:

• Strong understanding of AI tools

• Structured prompting (multi-shot, timestamps)

• Ability to control expressions, emotions, and character performance in outputs

• Troubleshooting inconsistencies

Filmmaking:

• Strong continuity understanding

• Shot composition & camera knowledge

• Storytelling flow & pacing

• Understanding of acting beats, expressions, and emotional delivery

Problem-Solving Ability

• Strong analytical thinking

• Ability to fix issues in AI outputs

• Adaptability when tools fail

• Proactive approach to finding solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in short-form content

• Knowledge of editing tools

• AI creative project experience
