• Quotation Comparison
• Compare construction/interior quotations from multiple vendors
• Convert them into a clean standard comparison report (same format for all)
• Find missing items, scope gaps, hidden costs, and price mismatches
• Use ChatGPT/Gemini to speed up analysis and improve accuracy
• Improve prompts + templates so reports become faster and more consistent
• Moodboards + Design Support
• Create moodboards for elevation + interiors (living, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.)
• Collect and organize design references (materials, finishes, lighting, styles)
• Make reusable templates so advisors can quickly build moodboards for customers
