Role Overview:

A Prompt Engineer is a specialist responsible for designing and refining prompt instructions to optimize the performance of language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or LLaMA across various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop prompts for AI systems including chatbots, content generation, data analysis, and more
• Analyze model outputs and continuously improve prompt quality and effectiveness
• Collaborate with AI developers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists to deliver optimal user experiences
• Research new techniques in prompt engineering and stay updated with trends in LLM technology
• Create documentation and usage guidelines for internal teams and clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, or strong interest in NLP / Prompt Engineering
• Solid understanding of how language models like GPT, BERT, or LLaMA operate
• Strong linguistic analysis skills and ability to craft effective prompts
• Proficient communication skills in both Thai and English
• Creative, detail-oriented, and a good team player
