Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Creation: Develop high-quality context and instructions for AI systems based on customer needs and quality standards.
• QA: Review and validate AI-generated project outputs, and perform functional checks of the product environment at customer sites.
• Research: Stay current with advancements in AI and related technologies to support better prompt strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, product managers, and customers to support accurate and successful delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in writing Prompts for AI.
• Basic coding skills with hands-on experience in Python;
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Prior knowledge or experience with AI technologies.
• Education: A degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Learning Technologies, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in instruction-based or command-focused roles.
• Experience working directly with customers or supporting customer-facing teams.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., simple scripts, no-code automation platforms).
