Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Prompt Engineer to join our innovative team. Duties

• Develop and craft effective prompts to guide AI models in generating precise and relevant responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into optimized prompt strategies.
• Conduct rigorous testing and analysis of prompts to evaluate their effectiveness across various scenarios.
• Refine prompts based on performance metrics, user feedback, and evolving project needs to improve AI output quality.
• Document prompt design processes, best practices, and results for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Stay informed about advancements in quantum engineering and AI methodologies to incorporate innovative techniques into prompt development.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on prompt engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in prompt engineering or related roles within artificial intelligence or machine learning fields.
• Strong understanding of quantum engineering principles is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively about prompt design challenges.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is a plus, along with familiarity with AI frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize prompts accordingly.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
