The Role

Join the engineering team at FixCall AI to develop prompts for our production-grade AI voice dispatcher. You will refine and scale high-performing prompts for the US home-services market, integrating new features and iterating based on live feedback from real-world deployments.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly grasp Voice AI concepts and prompt engineering best practices. Mentorship will be provided by senior AI engineers.
• Fluent/Near Fluent English (Written/Spoken).
• Practical experience with at least one programming language and familiarity with REST APIs.
• Strong ability to reason through complex logic, conditions, and edge cases.

Preferred Profile We are looking for high-potential individuals, such as 1st/2nd-year CS/DS (STEM) undergraduates or those with equivalent technical aptitude.
