Content Marketing at Humaans
Humaans is redefining how organizations manage people and data through intelligent automation and human-centered design. We started by transforming the HRIS experience and now, with our new AI-powered capabilities, we’re taking it even further. Our upcoming AI features will help companies automate decision-making, surface insights, and personalize the employee experience like never before.
To date, we’ve raised $20 million in VC funding from some of the biggest names in tech, including Lachy Groom, Stewart Butterfield (Slack), Tobias Lütke (Shopify), Dylan Field (Figma), Jeff Weiner (LinkedIn), Claire Johnson (Stripe), Oliver Jay (Asana), Y Combinator, Moonfire, Frontline Ventures, Exor, and more.
We’re seeking a Content Marketing Manager who’s passionate about storytelling, strategy, and execution, someone who can craft narratives that position Humaans as the category leader at the intersection of AI, agentic technology, and HR. You’ll own our content strategy end-to-end, helping us build awareness, educate our audience, and drive meaningful engagement.
Focus/Ownership

Drive SEO and Organic Growth
Implement SEO and content optimization initiatives to enhance discoverability and authority. Use tools like Ahrefs, Nightwatch, and Frase to identify opportunities, strengthen our keyword strategy, and grow our organic traffic and inbound funnel.

Plan, write, and manage email campaigns across HubSpot, Intercom, and LinkedIn newsletters, from our biweekly AI x HR Digest to monthly Product Update communications. You’ll design journeys that inform, nurture, and convert audiences.
-
Manage Social Content and Brand Presence
Oversee Humaans’ social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring our voice stays consistent, human, and insight-driven. Collaborate with our design and leadership teams to create visually engaging, shareable content.
-
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate company priorities into compelling narratives and campaigns. You’ll ensure that every piece of content supports go-to-market initiatives, enhances our brand story, and aligns with measurable outcomes.
Requirements
