As a Product Implementation Specialist you'll be at the forefront of helping our customers get the most value out of the Humaans technology and ensuring their are enabled to address their challenges and achieve their goals.

You’re excited by:

  • Working closely with customers to ensure a successful product set up and onboarding experience from purchase to launch.

  • Managing implementation processes end-to-end understanding customers' challenges to achieve the target timelines and goals set.

  • Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer handover.

  • Contributing to the continuous enhancement of our products by providing feedback to our Product and Engineering teams.

  • Playing a key role in the post-sales customer journey, setting the tone for a long-term, value-driven relationship with our customers.

  • Working with large data sets that might be complex and tedious in nature.

  • Contributing in the improvements of our processes and best practices.

Things that will get us excited about you:

  • Proven experience in owning data implementation projects, particularly in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

  • A deep understanding of customer needs in the context of software implementation, with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, with a knack for harmonising efforts and driving collaborative success.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Asana and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
