We’re a small but ambitious team. We solve problems when we see them and learn to anticipate and solve for the next steps while motivating those around us to do the same. As a People Lead, you’re not afraid of ownership; you take on projects with little guidance and simply put you just get it done.

Role:

Talent acquisition:
You will independently own the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Ideally, you enjoy being a generalist and can eagerly work on roles from Tech to Sales to Finance, you're excited to tackle new roles and quickly educate yourself on new topics.
You are a strong sourcer and can creatively find candidates from multiple networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack groups).
You understand trust-building is the best way forward and thus build strong relationships with hiring teams across the organisation, actively sharing knowledge to enable any person involved in recruiting to hire smarter daily.
Help track and monitor sourcing and recruiting data to ensure we are on the right path.
You actually care and provide candidates with the best experience possible.
People:
You’re a motivator! You’re present in the office & online with remote employees. You call out the good and mediate out what needs to go.
You know this role is about doing the right thing and making tough calls, and you’re able to with hand-in-hand with leaders and the team.
You rally the team: from fully managing payroll and all people costs to organising and executing Homecoming (our team events).
Oh, and there’s a lot of ad-hoc and random stuff in between, so just being flexible is half the role 😊.

Sounds like you?

±1 year of proven success in full-cycle recruitment.
You have experience working with engineering departments to source, interview and close technical candidates.
You know how to create structure from the ground up, e.g. writing job descriptions, setting processes, helping to create meaningful and fair scorecards and assessments, partnering with hiring teams and supporting the candidate experience.
You are highly diligent and have a strong sense of accountability.
You have a self-starter mentality, you see what has to be done, and you do it.
