What you'll get to do...

In this multifaceted role, you will be working directly with the founders bringing the product vision to life, and working closely with your team to help them grow, all while executing your own product deliverables.

Product vision & strategy

Translate the company's product vision and business objectives into a product strategy and roadmap, executed on time and budget.
Move the needle from 0 to 1, not letting the ambiguity of the situation stop you from achieving your goals and making an impact
Advocate for the product vision across the company
Be market obsessed, understand the competitor landscape and industry trends, and use these insights to inform your strategic decisions along the way.
Be customer-driven. You are the “go-to” expert for understanding customer needs and are always looking for deeper insights, ensuring a user experience-centred approach

Product ops

Plan, execute and deliver product discovery
Run product analytics and anchor decisions in data. Using data insights to evaluate and inform the story you tell
Build customer insights by reaching out and speaking to customers during various launch phases and beyond. You use those deep insights to effectively create the best possible value for HiPeople
Able to structure discussions and create/clarify strategy within ambiguous areas

People management

Actively work to grow your team, and in support of Talent Acquisition, you attract strong people and participate in interviewing for your team and HiPeople
Passionate people leader, who can’t wait to further develop the team, conduct 1:1s, develop growth plans and help your team move forward

This role is perfect for you if...

You have at least 4 years of consecutive professional full-time experience in product
You know how to navigate high-ambiguity environments
You leave no stone unturned, understanding that research is key to the decisions you’re taking
You inspire and motivate teams on strategy & roadmap rationale
You are happy to speak up (e.g. to your team, to other teams, to management) and understand how to communicate in ways that are to the point but always constructive
You ruthlessly prioritise and have amazing time management skills
You proactively look for opportunities to improve, be it yourself, the process or team dynamics
You have worked in a B2B (SaaS), venture-backed company, in the last 24 months
You graduated from a top-tier university
You are fluent in English
You reside ±2 hours from Berlin
