The role:
We are looking for a Psychology/Science Intern to join our science team. The successful candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, BWL/VWL or related fields and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. The role involves taking responsibility for a specific project related to test development, managing external experts, and keeping track of the project’s success.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the development of tests related to the project
Manage experts and coordinate their contributions to the project
Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met
Track data and success metrics related to the project
Communicate with stakeholders and experts regarding the project’s progress and any issues that may arise
Requirements:
Enrolment in an EU university
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, BWL/VWL or related fields
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Ability to take responsibility for a specific project and manage it to completion
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to contact people and build relationships
Good data tracking and analysis skills
