We operate as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership.
Role overview:
Our Marketing team drives how Flagright is understood across the market. From research and positioning to influence and market education, they help financial institutions understand why modern compliance teams operate differently.
We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Analyst Relations in the United States to build and own our analyst and market influence function. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role focused on increasing third-party validation, strengthening analyst understanding of Flagright, and ensuring our platform is consistently represented across industry conversations, reports, and evaluations.
You will manage analyst relationships end-to-end, independently run product demonstrations, own submissions and applications, and continuously educate the market on how Flagright evolves. You will operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment and work directly with leadership, product, customer, and go-to-market teams.

Are resourceful—they figure things out with whatever tools are available

Want to work with no-BS people building something important
People who struggle here:
Need extensive hand-holding
View high expectations as “unreasonable”

Key responsibilities:
Analyst Engagement & Market Influence
Own relationships with analyst firms and industry research organizations globally
Develop and execute analyst engagement plans and briefing cadences
Build trust and maintain ongoing communication with analysts through product updates, customer momentum, roadmap developments, and market signals
Ensure Flagright is continuously and accurately represented across relevant market conversations
Product Demonstrations & Market Education
Deliver deep product demonstrations independently
Develop enough product and domain understanding to explain Flagright clearly to external evaluators
Translate technical capabilities into clear narratives that resonate with external evaluators
Reports, Evaluations & Recognition
Own submissions for analyst reports, market evaluations, awards, and relevant industry recognition programs
Write applications independently with minimal oversight
Coordinate proof points, customer references, metrics, collateral, product details, and supporting evidence
Partner with Design and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality submission materials
Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning
Monitor analyst sentiment and market perception
Identify positioning gaps and recommend actions
Track competitors and evolving market narratives
Deliver structured insights to leadership and GTM teams

Minimum 2+ years directly owning analyst engagement programs, market evaluations, industry reports, or strategic positioning initiatives
