We are on a mission to commoditize financial crime prevention tooling for startups globally and we're looking for an experienced Frontend Software Engineer to join our team.

You will:

• Design, build, evolve, and maintain the foundational frontend ecosystem and underlying tools used to build amazing product experiences
• Deliver high quality frontend code with a against deadlines
• Influence the direction of Flagright’s Frontend products and engineering culture
• Own and drive changes that increase the productivity of customers working on frontend applications
• Work with your teammates to own and innovate on the frontend development experience
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and designers to deliver a great experience for people using your team’s products

We’re looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience as a frontend engineer. We prefer 5+.
• Ability to write high quality code, and is willing to work outside frontend technologies
• Experience and interest in building frontend systems from scratch
• Pride in owning projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems
• Ability to make high quality UX & UI decisions without clear requirements and wireframes
• A high standard, of themselves and the people they work with
• A passion for design and user experience
• Strong and transparent English communication skills
